PORTRAITS CHEFS GOUTATOO 2015

When the La Table des Roys restaurant turns into a cookery school, Ludovic Roy welcomes you into his central kitchen, where regional and seasonal products await you, to be transformed into delicious dishes and then enjoyed.

The class begins with a welcome drink, setting a convivial tone for the evening, and continues by cooking three recipes according to the theme of the lesson.

Guided by the chef, you will prepare, cook, plate and enjoy eating your dishes, made from local ingredients.

The classes last 3.5 hours in total including the time to enjoy savouring the food. They can be organised for a minimum of 10 people, either individually enrolled, or as a group.

This activity, uniting the art of cookery with the art of good living lends itself just as well to a team-building event as to a memorable evening with friends or family.  The price is CHF 120 per person, which includes the welcome drink, the lesson, and the food and drink.  Wines provided are from local producers.

The classes take place on Monday evenings from 19.00 to 22.30.  They can also be arranged for a different evening or during the day.  Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
